“Wadi Lahami's mangroves are the perfect spot for bird watchers - the area is very calm and well protected, so many special birds use the mangroves as a nesting place. The absolute highlight is the Goliath Heron but it is also a pleasure to see the other special bird species like herons, spoonbills, sooty falcons and of course the local osprey. We have been here many years ago and are pleased to find that the area stayed well protected and remained a home for some of the world's endangered bird species."(Dirk & Kris)
