Intro
IDC stands for ‘Instructor Development Course’. It is made up of the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) course taught by our Course Director, and finishing with the PADI Instructor Examination (IE) which is held by a PADI examiner. Whether you want to make a career out of Scuba Diving and share your passion with others, or whether you simply want to develop your own skills, you will find the PADI Instructor Course very rewarding. Choosing where to complete your IDC can be hard and there are many factors to consider such as cost, timing, location and their Course Director. We aim to provide a comfortable, professional location for you to enjoy your PADI IDC which is fun, but also safe and meeting the highest PADI standards.

IE dates are published by PADI throughout the year and our IDC course runs for the 15 days preceding the IE. Our IDC courses are held at our PADI 5* IDC Center, Marsa Nakari with our PADI Course Director Hossam Abdelaziz. During the course you will revise and practice the theory and practical skills you have completed throughout your SCUBA education as well as how to teach them to others to demonstration standard. Most importantly you will learn how to communicate with your students, how to detect and correct problems they face, and how to help them succeed, all using PADI’s fundamentals of teaching. You will spend time in the classroom, in confined and open water,
