Red Sea Diving Safari is seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team at one of our beautiful eco-villages along Egypt’s southern Red Sea coast.

About the Role:
As our resident Yoga Instructor, you will offer twice-daily group yoga sessions at sunrise and sunset in our open-air yoga shala. You will also be available to lead additional group or private sessions on demand, tailoring experiences for guests of all levels and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging sunrise and sunset yoga classes every day.
  • Offer additional classes and private sessions based on guest demand.
  • Coordinate with group bookings and welcome visiting instructors leading their own yoga groups to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote yoga offerings and help grow awareness of our wellness services.
  • Take responsibility for the yoga shala and equipment, ensuring the space remains clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel between RSDS villages (Marsa Shagra, Marsa Nakari, and Wadi Lahami) based on seasonal needs and guest interest.

Requirements:
  • Certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga styles (minimum 200 hours).
  • Experience teaching mixed-level classes in a resort, retreat, or eco-tourism setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, welcoming attitude.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
  • Willingness and experience living in a remote location.
  • Willingness to travel between RSDS locations as required and coordinate with incoming group visits.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible team player to join our reservation team, based in Marsa Alam


Main Responsibilities

  • Process reservations / confirmations / invoices / cancellations by mail, phone, (skype)
  • Process reservations / confirmations / invoices / cancellations from our partner agents, direct bookings, the sales & marketing office, the front office, diving center, kite station and other hotel departments
  • Process booking requests received through the website and provide all information needed
  • Process / monitor advance deposits on reservations
  • Communicate reservation information to the front office / prepare arrival list
  • Provide detailed information about all 3 villages, room types, diving concept and packages and prices


Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written professional English
  • Another language is an advantage (particularly French)
  • Experience in the same career

  • A true team player
  • Very good computer skills, MS office, google docs and sheets, reservation systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dive certification is an advantage (does not have to be a professional diver)
  • 1 year contract (RSDS holds the right to terminate contract early, if standards are not fulfilled)

We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our Executive Office.


Job Tasks

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the Executive Office.
  • Daily organization of all incoming mail, calls, and emails.
  • Support the General Manager with all office administration.
  • Assist with company projects and organization.
  • Schedule internal events and meetings.
  • Report evaluation.
  • Mediate between internal departments.
  • Plan and execute correspondance.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Prepare and coordinate VIP arrivals and PR.
  • Communicate hotel philosophy and represent the hotel internally and externally.
  • Organise travel arrangements for the General Manager.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, participate in meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks according to the needs of the General Manager.


Essential:

Education: Qualification in secreterial training

Experience: Previous experience in a secreterial role to high level management, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Beneficial: 

Knowledge of the hospitality industry (particularly eco tourism)

Knowledge of the scuba diving industry
