Main Responsibilities
  • Process reservations / confirmations / invoices / cancellations by mail, phone, (skype)
  • Process reservations / confirmations / invoices / cancellations from our partner agents, direct bookings, the sales & marketing office, the front office and other hotel departments
  • Process booking requests received through the website and provide all information needed
  • Process / monitor advance deposits on reservations
  • Communicate reservation information to the front office / prepare arrival list
  • Provide detailed information about all 3 villages, room types, diving concept and packages and prices
 
Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, every other language is an advantage (preferably French or Dutch)
  • Experience in the same career
  • Very good computer skills, MS office, google docs and sheets, reservation systems 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dive certification is an advantage (does not have to be a professional diver)
  • Able to live and work in remote location
  • 1 year contract (RSDS holds the right to terminate contract early, if standards are not fulfilled)

RSDS is looking for an assistant for their marketing team based in Marsa Shagra. The role will involve assisting the marketing team with all aspects of the daily sales and marketing activities.  

This is an extremely varied role which would be particularly suited to a fresh graduate who is looking to explore all aspects of sales and marketing activities before potentially later specialising in certain areas and assuming more responsibility. 

Essential:
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Familiar with the major social media platforms
  • A genuine interest in diving, nature tourism, yoga, kite surfing, the environment and conservation
  • A certified SCUBA diver with minimum PADI Advanced Open Water certification or higher


Distinct Advantages:

  • Knowledge of Graphic Design, Photography, Videography and associated equipment and software.

We are looking for a talented, creative and conscientious graphic designer to join the RSDS Marketing Team in Marsa Alam

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce creative design for print, web and social media
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to develop a clear visual identity throughout all our media (both digital and offline)
  • Responsible for the presentation of offline media in our three locations
  • Create designs which are of high quality and consistency which clearly represent our brand
  • Create artwork which is appropriate to the target audience for that brief
  • Contribute creatively with ideas to the rest of team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualification in Graphic Design
  • Excellent knowledge of design software e.g. Adobe Softwares
