We’ve just wrapped up another Reef Check Eco Diver Course, followed by a series of reef surveys here at Red Sea Diving Safari.
Our 4-day Reef Check Eco Diver Course had a record-breaking 14 participants, the biggest group we've ever had. Huge thanks to everyone who joined and brought such great energy.
After the course, the group headed out for surveys at some of our local dive sites: Marsa Shagra North & South, Abu Nawas Garden, Sharm Abu Dabab and Marsa Nakari North & South. All transect lines were done at 3.5m and 8.5m, giving us a detailed look at reef conditions across the area.
It was great to see some familiar faces too, a few repeaters who completed their Eco Diver course with us a couple of years ago came back to join the surveys and put their skills to good use. It’s always awesome to see the Reef Check community growing and staying involved.
Special thanks to Stephan Moldozio our team scientist for his continued support and collaboration.
We’ll be sharing more details as soon as the data is published, so stay tuned.

Thanks again to everyone who took part.
