Accommodation rates per person/ night
Please check the 'Other items' below to be fully aware about mandatory fees payable on site.
Guests should bring their cosmetics: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. as these are not provided (except where specified on our accommodation specifications).
All above rates are on full-board basis including normal soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite), water from dispensers, coffee & tea. Diet drinks, specialty coffees, juices and snacks are subject to extra charge.
Check-in is available from 14:00:
- Early check-in is subject to availability
- Arrival from midnight until 10 AM will be charged 50% of the nightly rate on accommodation rate for early check-in.
- Arrival before midnight will be charged 100% of the nightly rate.
Check-out (vacating the room and payment of the final invoice) should be completed by 12pm (midday):
- Departure from 12 PM until 5 PM will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate (according to availability).
- After 5 PM, 100% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- Unused meals on arrival day will be free of charge on departure day and vice versa. Information about rates charged for extra meals is available from the reception.
Discounts and reductions:
Triple discount in Marsa Nakari and Wadi Lahami for Royal Tent, Deluxe Chalet: €5 per person per day.
For guests staying 2 weeks or longer: €5 discount per person per day starting from week 2.
For guests staying 4 weeks or longer: 30% discount on accommodation and diving (min 4 weeks consecutive in low season and continuous in any RSDS village or combination of villages.)
Children will be charged according to their age on the arrival date at the following rates:
- Children 0-5 free if staying in parents room
- Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 50% off if staying in parents’ room
- 2 Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 15% off if staying in separate double room
- 3 Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 15% off if staying in separate triple room
- 1 Child in separate (single room) pays adult rate (but no single supplement)
- Children aged 16 or above will be charged the full adult rate

Diving Packages
A PADI ReActivate course (at extra charge) is mandatory for divers who have not dived within the last 12 months, divers complete a crossover from different diving federations to PADI or if the instructor assesses them in their orientation dive as needing a ReActivate.
Two dives are offered as orientation dives on the house reef on the first day and excursions may be taken from the second day.
Our Excursion Package includes Inner Range Excursions only (a supplement applies for outer range excursions) and excludes National Park/Entry fees. Please see our factsheet or dive sites page for more information. In Marsa Shagra our excursion package is prebookable through partner agents and tour operators only.
Guests with our House Reef Package can book and pay for excursions on site at the rates and fees listed below. Excursions can be booked on site only and should be reconfirmed at 5pm the day before.Minimum numbers apply to all of our excursions.
Compulsory fee applies for hyperbaric chamber support program for all divers (Foreigners: €7 / Egyptians & Foreign Residents: 210LE).
Diving activities cannot be guaranteed for those who have not informed our reservations team in advance that they are intending to dive with us.
Special Terms & Conditions for the Solar Eclipse 2027
- The above pricing applies to all bookings from the night of 27 July until 3 August 2027 (inclusive).
- Accommodation rates are calculated on a per person per night basis according to the season in which each individual night falls.
- Guests not taking a 7 night package will be charged according to the above price list during 27 July - 3 August 2027. Nights outside of this period will be charged at our standard prices.
- No discounts are applicable during the period 27 July - 3 August 2027 (inclusive).
- Prices are subject to change at any time without warning. Existing bookings will be honoured at the price confirmed by our reservations team at the time of booking.
- No group discounts apply during the period for any village.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to secure your reservation.
- The balance will be due by 28th February 2027.
- Compulsory €7 for hyperbaric chamber support program will apply for all divers and be charged on-site.
- Cash payment in €, $, LE, GBP. 5% discount will be offered on on-site invoices for cash payments in €, $, GBP.
- All Debit/Credit Card Payments for foreigners at all villages will be made in USD. Visa & Mastercard transactions incur a 3% bank fee.
- All rates mentioned include applicable taxes and service charges.
- On arrival, clients with pre-booked reservations through a registered partner agent or tour operator should submit their voucher indicating the services that have already been paid for. Services will be offered strictly according to the voucher presented on-site.
- Transfer prices are person per way and are not charged for children aged under 6 years old.
- Diving activities cannot be guaranteed for those who have not pre-booked.
- Pets are not allowed at any of our locations. Guests who arrive with a pet will be refused entry and receive no refund for their reservation.
