Accommodation rates per person/ night
Please check the 'Other items' below to be fully aware about mandatory fees payable on site.
Guests should bring their cosmetics: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. as these are not provided (except where specified on our accommodation specifications).
All above rates are on full-board basis including normal soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite), water from dispensers, coffee & tea. Diet drinks, specialty coffees, juices and snacks are subject to extra charge.
Check-in is available from 14:00:
- Early check-in is subject to availability
- Arrival from midnight until 10 AM will be charged 50% of the nightly rate on accommodation rate for early check-in.
- Arrival before midnight will be charged 100% of the nightly rate.
Check-out (vacating the room and payment of the final invoice) should be completed by 12pm (midday):
- Departure from 12 PM until 5 PM will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate (according to availability).
- After 5 PM, 100% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- Unused meals on arrival day will be free of charge on departure day and vice versa. Information about rates charged for extra meals is available from the reception.
Discounts and reductions:
Triple discount in Marsa Shagra for families with at least one child under 16 years for Royal Tent, Deluxe Chalet, Premium Deluxe Chalet, Superior Deluxe Chalet: €5 per person per day.
Triple discount in Marsa Nakari and Wadi Lahami for Royal Tent, Deluxe Chalet: €5 per person per day.
For guests staying 2 weeks or longer: €5 discount per person per day starting from week 2.
For guests staying 4 weeks or longer: 30% discount on accommodation and diving (min 4 weeks consecutive in low season and continuous in any RSDS village or combination of villages.)
Children will be charged according to their age on the arrival date at the following rates:
- Children 0-5 free if staying in parents room
- Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 50% off if staying in parents’ room
- 2 Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 15% off if staying in separate double room
- 3 Children 6+ years - 15 years receive 15% off if staying in separate triple room
- 1 Child in separate (single room) pays adult rate (but no single supplement)
- Children aged 16 or above will be charged the full adult rate

On-site package upgrades will be charged at the public rate.
The diving package in Wadi Lahami does not include dives in Zone 3. Zone 3 dives incur a supplement (please see below).
Compulsory fee applies for hyperbaric chamber support program for all divers (Foreigners: €7 / Egyptians & Foreign Residents: 210LE).
Diving in Lahami is suitable for any level diver. Divers with less than 20 logged dives and have not been diving within 6 months will be required to take a scuba review.
For safety and comfort, those who have any back or other medical conditions should ensure they are prepared and fit for varying sea conditions which can make RIB diving a bit difficult during winter months.
In winter months please bring a wind jacket and cap with you for the surface interval.
As long as a diver is joining at least the 2-dive morning trip, they will pay the full diving day price.
Divers who wish to participate in the night dive must be certified to do so. Divers who are not certified will be required to have a private guide at extra charge.
There is no reduction in the package price for those who do not participate in the afternoon or night dives for any reason.
Our team will select the dive sites according to many factors including weather conditions, diving ability of the guests, dive sites already visited, personal preferences, safari boat schedules, etc. We thank you for putting your trust in our team to give you the most enjoyable and safe experience.
On-site Diving Extras
For divers prices for all the above on-site diving extras apply on top of a house reef diving package/diving day price.
From 1st November our prices for on-site diving activities have increased to include the new entertainment and amusement tax (10%).

PADI Materials & Compulsory Items
PADI materials are compulsory starting January 1, 2006. Student can pre-purchase material online or on site in our diving centre. Guests who bring pre-purchased PADI materials should bring proof of purchase. PADI rates for manuals and certification are subject to change without notice.
All teaching materials (e-codes) are non refundable.
PADI Technical Diving Courses (TecRec)

General Terms & Conditions of our price lists
- Accommodation rates are calculated on a per person per night basis according to the season in which each individual night falls.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Marsa Shagra & Marsa Nakari group discounts: #11, #21, #30 receive free transfer, accommodation & diving package (full package only).
- Wadi Lahami group discounts: #8, #16, #24 receive free transfer, accommodation & diving package (full package only).
- In some high season periods, including feast periods, reservations are only accepted on a non-refundable basis and our standard cancellation policy does not apply. You may be asked for a non-refundable deposit of up to 100% of the value of your reservation to secure your booking. You will be advised of this at the time of reservation.
- In non-high season periods and non-feast periods you may be asked for a deposit up to 50% of the value of your reservation and our standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Our standard cancellation fees are strictly applicable to pre-booked accommodation, diving and transfers: more than 30 days before arrival: 20%, 15-29 days before arrival: 30%, 7-14 days before arrival: 50%, 6 days or less before arrival: 80%, no show: 100%.
- Compulsory €7 for hyperbaric chamber support program will apply for all divers and be charged on-site.
- Cash payment in €, $, LE, GBP.
- Credit Card Payments for foreigners at all villages will be made in USD.
- All rates mentioned include applicable taxes and service charges.
- On arrival, clients with pre-booked reservations through a registered partner agent or tour operator should submit their voucher indicating the services that have already been paid for. Services will be offered strictly according to the voucher presented on-site.
- Transfer prices are person per way and are not charged for children aged under 6 years old.
- Transfers are also available from other locations on request, including Luxor and Aswan. Please contact us in advance for prices. Transfers from other locations need to be booked at least 3 days in advance and additional information may be requested for the processing of permissions.
- Pets are not allowed at any of our locations. Guests who arrive with a pet will be refused entry and standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Prices for some services may change after publication of our price lists. Services prebooked before changes are published will be honoured at the old prices.
